Solution

1. Navigate to OnePassword and login using your Glenbrook credentials.

2.  Once signed in, in the search field at the top, type in "Recovery Lock", open Recovery Lock.

3.  At the recovery lock screen, click the down arrow and choose "reveal" to see the recovery lock password.

4. Type the three word sequence, including spaces, in the field on the computer below the large lock symbol, press enter. The computer will reboot and ask for the "FDA personal recovery key".

5. To find the FDA personal recovery key, look up the computer in Mosyle using the serial number. Navigate to Management, click on the Security Info tab, and then look for the FDE Status.  If it is enabled, click on View Details.  You'll then see the FDA personal recovery key.

6. After typing in the FDA personal recovery key, click enter.  You'll then be asked if you would like to "reset your password" or "continue on to recovery".  Choose continue to recovery.  The computer will boot to the recovery screen.

Once the recovery screen appears, reboot the computer, it will reboot to the normal login screen.

The user will then be able to log in using their normal Glenbrook cridentials.
