1. Tap the Menu icon.
2. Swipe down until you see Features and choose Dsskey.
3. Choose which Dsskey you would like to add the speed dial to. (You can't choose key #1)
4. Tap on the Type pulldown and choose SpeedDial.
5. In the Account ID pulldown select which number key you would like to use for your speed dial.
6. Select which number key you would like to use for your speed dial.
7. Tap on the Label field, using the keypad that will pop up, enter how you would like the speed dial key listed on your phone. 
8. Tap next to be taken to the Value field. Type in the internal extension or external number that you would like to assign to that speed dial key. Then tap Done.
8. On the home screen of your zoom phone your speed dial choices will be listed, just tap one of them to initiate the speed dial.
