1. Push the button on your Yearlink phone that looks like a mail symbol.
2. Your phone will dial the voicemail portal. Here, you'll be asked to enter your phone pin number followed by the # sign. After entering this information you will have two choices. Press one to listen to your voicemail. Press two to record your personal voicemail greeting.
