How To Make A Phone Call 

1. Touch the phone button on the display screen screen. 

2. In the field that appears you can type an extention or a full phone number. (No need to dial "8, 1" anymore to reach an outside line) Then, you can press the green call button in the same window.  If you don't press the green call button, the phone will automatically dial the number in a few seconds.


How To Find A Faculty Or Staff Member's Phone Number

1. Touch the person symbol on the display screen screen. 

2. A search field will appear, along with a keyboard to type on. As you type the person's first or last name, your phone will find and suggest people in our directory.  Click on the name you're looking for to dial.  



See Your Call History

1. When you touch this symbol on your phone display screen, you can see your placed calls, missed calls, received calls, and forwarded calls. 


Transfering Calls

1. Once you are on an active call, click the call transfer button on your phone.

2.  On the next screen enter the phone number or extension to transfer the call to. Then, you can either touch the green call transfer button or just wait a few seconds, if you wait, the call will automatically transfer.


Call Forwarding

1. Touch the settings menu symbol on your phone display screen.


2. In the settings window scroll down until you see "call forward". Touch the call forward symbol.


3. In the call forward screen you'll have three setup choices.

    a. Always Forward. Click on this choice to enter a phone number to forward to.

    b. Busy Forward. Click on this choice to enter a phone number to forward to when your line is busy.

    c. No Answer Forward. Click on this choice to enter a phone number to forward to based on how long your phone is          ringing without an answer. 


Connecting Bluetooth Headphones To Your Phone

1. Put your bluetooth headset in pairing mode. 

2. Touch the settings menu symbol on your phone display screen.

3. Scroll down until you see "Bluetooth".

4. Once you're in the bluetooth window you should see your bluetooth device available in the window, click on your headsets to connect. 


Resetting Your Phone If You Experience Technology Issues

1. Unplug the ethernet cord from the back of your phone. 

2. Hold down the volume button while plugging the ethernet cord back into your phone.
