1. Open MS Paint:
2. Launch MS Paint from the start menu.
3. Open Image:
4. Click "File," then "Open" to select your image.
5. Select Entire Image:
6. Use CTRL + A to select the whole image.
7. Resize:
8. Click "Resize" in the Image section of the toolbar, and enter new dimensions.
9. Save:
10. Click "File" and "Save As" to save a copy of the resized image.
