Parents can view their student's financial accounts through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Each student's financial account records charges and payments for items such as: 

  • Course Fees

  • General Student Fees (ex., Chromebook Installments and Registration)

  • Optional Fees (ex., Activity Pass, Field Trips, Student Parking, and Yearbook)

  • Obligations (Items on loan that need to be returned or paid to clear the obligation)

Step 1: Access the PowerSchool Parent Portal.


Step 2: Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account

  • Enter your "Username" and "Password" and click the Sign In button. 
If you don't remember your Username or Password, visit the PowerSchool Recover Account Sign In Information webpage.



Step 3: Navigate to the Balance webpage

  • Once logged into the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click the "Balance" menu option on the left sidebar.



Step 4: View Account Record

  • The student's financial account will appear, listing all fees that have been assessed, as well as their payment status. 


To pay fees, click the "Pay Your Fees Using e~Funds for Schools" button to make a credit card or electronic check payment.
