Hi {{ticket.requester.firstname}},below is a procedure that sometimes works, and sometimes does not, but is the only option we've been given for non school student computers printing.
1. Make sure that students are signed into chrome using their glenbrook credentials.
2. Each student will need to install the "mobility print extension for chrome".
After doing these two things students may be able to print, make sure they choose "mobility print" when printing. If students still can't print please have them either print from their chromebooks or come down to the library and print from one of the computers available in the Library at your school.
