1. Launch Managed Software Center, click on updates, and click Check Again.

You should see the following

  1. Click on UPDATE ALL (If you don’t see this call the Glenbrook Helpdesk) Click Continue

  1. Click Continue

  2. Click Agree

  3. Click Agree

  4. Click Continue

  5. Enter your User Name and Password, Click OK8. 

  6. The install will begin
