The control panel for the audio/visual equipment in the Lyceum can be found on the east wall in the left corner. There are two displays to connect to and microphones are located in the sound booth (1109C) at the back of the Lyceum:
The projector located on the east wall
The TV mounted on the soffit in the middle of the room
Navigating the Control Panel
Press the Home button in the top left corner of the control panel to access the Home screen with the following options. When finished, please Power Off the Control Panel.
Floor Box HDMI Input: Connect via cable from box in floor near podium; turns on projector and TV; lowers screen Rack HDMI Input: Do not use iProjection: Turns on projector and TV; lowers screen. Use the iProjection app to project wirelessly . Zoom PC: Used for Zoom Rooms only Mute Microphones Volume

Connecting to the Displays
Hardwired (connects to both displays) | Wireless (connects to projector only) |
Select Floor Box HDMI Input on the control panel Plug USB-C cable into your device Your computer will now project on both displays. You may need to adjust mirroring or extend your screen by going to your Display Settings on your device depending on your desired presentation setup.
| Select iProjection on the control panel. Open the iProjection software on your device. Connect via iProjection as usual. Your computer will now project onto the screen.

Audio
Whether connecting hardwired or wireless, the audio from your computer will automatically play through the room speakers. Volume can be adjusted at the top of the control panel.
Microphones
Microphones are located in the sound booth (1109C) at the back of the Lyceum. The microphones to the right are available
The microphones will turn on automatically when unplugged from the chargers. Be sure the control panel is activated by tapping the screen on the control panel to begin. If the microphones are not working, it is most likely because the control panel is not activated.
The handheld and standing microphones should automatically connect to the room speakers.

PLEASE POWER OFF!
When you are done, please power off by pressing the Power button on the control panel and pressing “Yes”.
Troubleshooting
What if something doesn’t seem to be responding?
Power off from the control panel and power back on to reset the control panel.
What if the microphones aren’t working properly?
Check the display and ensure the control panel is active by tapping on it and the microphones are not muted.
