1.  Uninstall Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub

2. Navigate to sccm-south\Packages\Applications\Chocolatey_install

3. Copy the C4B folder to the desktop.

4. Open the CB4 folder and open Windows PowerShell as administrator.


5. Run ./Register-C4bEndpoint


6. After this process finishes running, then fun "refreshenv" (no quotes).


7.  Run the following command to reinstall Workspace ONE: choco upgrade airwatch -y



8. Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub will launch. Log in using the user name helpdesk@glenbrook225.org.


9.  Use the following credentials when prompted.  User Name: staging Password: use our current password for this.



10. At the next screen, enter the user name of the faculty of staff member, first initial and last name.  

11. Click next, at the next screen type in the user's email user name and email address .  This will complete the enrollment and all default apps, including Managed Software will install.  Let the user know that the process to complete the installation will take a couple hours, however, they can continue to use their computer.

Then click "Agree" and then "Done




12. Delete the C4B folder from the users desktop.
