Per Zoom tech support, please perform the following steps to fix the access permission error:
- Go to Google Calendar https://calendar.
google.com/calendar - Click on the Zoom icon in the right margin of the page
- Click the three dots to the right of "Zoom for G Suite" and click Sign Out
- Click Sign In
- If prompted enter your Zoom account's sign-in credentials
- Select the checkbox to "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions" and click Authorize
- Close the popup window when the process completes
