Per Zoom tech support, please perform the following steps to fix the access permission error: 

  1. Click on the Zoom icon in the right margin of the page 
  2. Click the three dots to the right of "Zoom for G Suite" and click Sign Out
  3. Click Sign In
  4. If prompted enter your Zoom account's sign-in credentials
  5. Select the checkbox to "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions" and click Authorize
  6. Close the popup window when the process completes
