• Error Message 
  • Locate the IP Address of copier using the following document link.
  • Open a web browser, type the IP address in the browser address field and press enter.
  • A copier login window will appear (see picture below). Type in the following credentials. User: 7654321 Password: 7654321
  • Log in by clicking on "Configure PaperCut"
  • In the next window that appears, the PaperCut window, click on - "Apply" (See image below)
  • A popup window will appear indicating "A new certificate has been detected..."
  • On this window click "Accept". This will reinstall the certificate.
  • If successful you'll see "successfully connected to server" in green, as indicated on the PaperCut picture above.
