In PowerSchool, there is a gap between 1st and 2nd semester enrollment dates. Sometimes students are not visible on your 1st semester lists in the PowerTeacher portal between the end of 1st and the beginning of 2nd semester.

However, all student information IS still accessible through the PowerTeacher Pro gradebook. To access a student's information screen:

1) Open the class and click on Students

2) Select the student you want to view

3) Click on the drop-down menu next to the student's name and select PowerTeacher Portal.

4) You will land on that student's information screen with access to all available student screens.
