After receiving your new Glenbrook device, you may want to take some time to set up your device. This checklist provides some basic tasks to consider as you recreate your desired workspace.

Log into Chrome

Login to Chrome in the upper right corner of the browser. After you login, all settings from your Glenbrook Google login will transfer.


Log into Google Drive for desktop

Search for Google Drive on your computer and log in


Reinstall any department-specific applications 

To reinstall optional software, on your Mac, search for "Manager" in spotlight search (the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of your screen); on your PC, use the shortcut called "Company Portal" found on the desktop; call the Help Desk for assistance with limited software.


Reset settings preferences

Settings to consider:


Trackpad, scrolling, resolution, brightness, font sizes, etc.


Desktop shortcuts

Recreate any desktop shortcuts/aliases that you want for ease of access.
